This will unlock over the natural course of a playthrough on any difficulty. Angels do not count towards this achievement, which is why you may go over the 666 kill total in your stats sheet. It is absolutely impossible to miss this if you finish the game, and should unlock about three to four hours in (at most)
Muito tranquilo esse trofeu, da p conseguir ele bem antes do meio do jogo, eu por exemplo peguei ele pouco depois do primeiro boss (Thiamat), basta ir matando todos inimigos q aparecerem que o trofeu aparece rapidinho!!!
